This is an uncut tip-on style LP sized sleeve wrap leftover from the original pressing in 2006. 

Tip-on is a style of sleeve that is manufactured by wrapping thin a thin paper print over the blank cardboard sleeve components. This is different from the standard "direct to board" type printing. 

In 2006 Stoughton sent us the leftover prints and they've been sitting here ever since.
